Really love this game but agree about extra costs

I dont mind apps that have SOME additional costs for extra chapters... But this game is over the edge I. Charging for every additional page. They really ought to group the additional pages - say, charge .99 for 10 additional pages instead of just one. There are a lot of people that would pay an additional few dollars this way, but wont pay .99 separately - DO THE MATH DEVELOPERS!!
